Dungeon Siege 3 Walkthrough Side Quest: Spire Bailey

Steps:

You can find the quest by checking building at the second lever (north of central garden). You can open the door by standing on the golden plate that located on the west tower (garden area). You’ll be notified that the dungeon door has been opened after you have done this.

Enter the dungeon and you’ll see blue symbol on the west side. Go there and check the prison door to talk with Fitch. He’ll tell you to defeat Jailor in order to obtain the key. Go north and defeat the jailor; you’ll see 2 blue symbols. Go east to free all noble prisoners, back to Fitch’s cell and decide anything you want (I choose to lock him down and it increases Anjali’s influence).
