☆*:TIP:*☆ Just a small tip for storybook events. If you already own an animal that it says you have to hatch you can skip over it with gems and feed the one you already own. Yes, it will cost gems to skip that act but it saves tons of time trying to get that animal (but it’s usually a low number for those acts anyway). Save your food up in-between events and only feed the few animals you need to use in tournaments/battles. For example: this storybook had you hatch a Raccamoon and I already had a level 1 Raccamoon so I just fed that one instead. It doesn’t matter what level it is but to save food it’s better if you own a low numbered animal.)

  2. Lady Laura says:

Wow I’m super depressed. My owl is at level 14 and there’s no way I can win.. Then to find out after 10days I won’t be able to win bc of lack of time to harvest and I realllllly wanted that lion. I wish they would add ADs like bakery/restaurant story to earn more gems/apples. Meh.. Add me @ LOVELADYLAURA I play everyday and I need a new friend to exchange gems with. My ID is the same for the other games too so add me there too if you’de like 🙂

    • noobbgodlike says:

IMO, they already give us many gems. We get 30 gems everytime we install sponsored games.

      • SuttonButton says:

True, I install all the promo games, AND play them until I stop earning gems. On the down side, the promo games repeat. So you only get the benefit once. I end up spending money in this game often and rarely achieve the goals I spend the money for. I don’t have all of the time in the world to battle every hour for the 2 or 3 day tournaments; I have a job, kid and husband. I get 1 hr a night to play the games I have, which is this one, restaurant story, and whatever the promo game is for the month

        • noobbgodlike says:

Hmm, I find that having a job doesn’t hinder you from the battle tournament (it depends on your jobs though):). Because it only takes about 30 seconds to fight the tournament each hour :). Here is my tips:

Set the alarm every hour, when it rings, simply go into the game (on my ipad air 2, the game doesn’t need even to load again if I don’t close it before), and then enter the battle. It takes less than 30 seconds for me :). Hope you can finish this battle tournament :).

  3. Ryan G. says:

    Here some tips:
    1. Get as much gold as you can. I have 25M.
    2. Have 5-6 farms. I have 6 farms.
    3. During the day, even there is no event or what, plant Nexus Nuts. Its the easiest way to save food. In one day you can plant nexus nuts 3-4x. 700foods (not sure if its 700 or 600 foods) per farm x the number of farm you have x the number of times you plant it. You can get thousand of food per day
    4. Save the foods.
    5. Once there is an event or storybook, you save a lot of foods.
Thats how i do it. I finish the storybook. I got frustrated because i didnt finish the swan prince before. But now, i have the Lionheart. Hope this can help

    • SuttonButton says:

I do this also, I’m maxed out on my gardens and I always do the 5 hr, 800 food, harvest. Unless there is a challenge where I have to accumulate some kind of reward, like the fall one we just had… For every hr of food you get the same amount of reward… Then I do the 20 hr, 700 food harvest, because sometimes I don’t have a mid day break to harvest and plant again

  4. SuttonButton says:

I’m so mad at myself for not looking at these feeds before… I’m going to miss out on the beautiful lion because I didn’t store up on my food… AND I did spend gems… And cash in this story book, I wanted it so bad.

    • noobbgodlike says:

T_T, I believe they will re-release it later on the future, no need to worry :). FOr now, simply save a lot of food (above 100,000) for the next event.

      • SuttonButton says:

Yeah that is the plan… There will probably be one for Christmas. I just hope it is as awesome as this beautiful lion.

  5. Darkhaze says:

I am on Chapter 4, Act 3, and I don’t know how to get the pumpkin seeds. I just planted mini pumpkins. How do you get the seeds?

  6. Anna says:

I don’t know how the rest of you feel, but this is the last time I’m going to
bother with these ridiculous storybooks. To get the the third act of the final chapter
and there is NO way to fulfill it without buying jewels or food is
just bs. A waste of the last ten days.

    • noobbgodlike says:

instead of saying this is the last time, simply start saving your food for the next time. If you follow my site, I already warn everyone to save foods for this kind of event :).

  7. Katie says:

does anyone have any tips on getting food quick? my eeire owl is at level 14, and I need food QUICK to finish this quest in time.

  8. Ryan G. says:

..finish the storybook..you can finish it if you really want to..no need to spend gems..add me boo0331..i can share it how..

  9. Dexter says:

If you don’t start these storybooks with 40,000 food already, you’ll never make it unless you have the gems to buy the food.

You should make it a habit to never go below 40,000.

    • Beebs says:

Can anyone tell me if/when the pumpin habitat that the scaredy cat shows will be available? I can’t find it in the shop & it doesn’t appear to be one of the prizes.

    • JCLE1428 says:

I must not be playing correctly, how do you have a minimum of 40,000 food? I feel good when I’ve stocked up 15,000.

      • noobbgodlike says:

Don’t feed your animals past level 10, you will stock a lot of food this way (only max the level of the animals which you use on battle tournament).

      • Dexter says:

I just stock up on food and 40,000 is my baseline. If I have an animal that is 1,200 x5 to level op, I build to 50,000 then feed. If I have an animal that is 6,000×5 to level up, I build to 70,000 then feed.

I just upgraded my owl, was at 92,000 and now I’m at 12,000.

If you use Power Pears, you can basically get 1,000 food per 30 minutes (1,200 actually) if you stay on top of it. At best, if you harvest Power Pears at least 4 times an hour, you’ll beat any budget food.

The bananas are at best 300/hr. Power pears at 4x/hr will get you 480/hr. Times 5 will get you 2,400. Melons are 1,800 every 5 hours. So if you can harvest pears at least 4 times per hour, you’ll come out ahead.

    • Merrick says:

Good advice. Now I know. Rookie mistake. I will Finnish the new one ( maybe Christmas book …) now going to focus on level up super rare animals

  10. Merrick says:

I just want to say the amount of food needed for this story is insane. 96k for reach level 15 eerie owl!!!
I am on chapter 8 and already level up my owl to level 12 and I don’t believe I can Finnish it… Very depressed….

  11. Elynxx says:

I’m only at the start of chapter 7 and I don’t think I’ll make it to the end with only 2 1/2 days. So I’m closing the book.

  12. cheeko111 says:
