Can’t be bred, it’s only available from the expanding. You simply need to keep expanding until you unlock the spot where you can see Poppy Pony. It’s located on the southern area.

   How do I expand to her? I can only get a max of 70 realm runes from the mine and I need 80 the expand make the final expansion to this spot.

       You need to expand more areas before you can get it, until one Area costs 80 runes. They are getting more expensive after expanding a fiew.

   I’m only at level 15 (not a lot of rare/super rare animals) is there a easier way I will need to be like level 150 to get it

   Evolution time is 24 hours. It’s also just rare, not super rare.
