Final Fantasy XIII-2 Walkthrough Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF and Colisseum ???

Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF

As you arrive there, follow Serah until you meet with Snow (it’s no spoiler dude, you can see him clearly in historia crux  even before you entering this place :D).

Boss: Royal Ripeness

Recommended Paradigm: Diversity (Commando, ravager, medic), Relentless assault (Commando, ravager x2). Medic is only useful if it knows esuna to cure poison status.

It’ll cast Belch on the beginning of this battle which deals about 200 damage and causes poison. There will be cinematic action in this battle,

1st cinematic action: success will grants you protect status

after you have reduced its HP below half, it’ll use Qulvering wrath, this attacks does significant wound damage but not that much so it’ll cause you a trouble (as long as you defeat it quickly). Do the last cinematic action to obtain Crystal Heart as a reward.

Talk to Snow and he’ll give you map of Sunleth waterscape. You need to obtain 2 artefacts that scattered in this area now.

Sunleth Waterscape

at point (1) you use the vines to cross the gap. Some vines area available from the beginning, somes are need to be identified first (use moogle hunt).

Bestiary (haven't completed yet will be updated later)

Name Pic Tips Drops
Oannes   weak against thunder, strong against magic and physical attack Moistured scale
Miniflan   weak against aero Potent droplet; Vitality Sliver
Flanbanero   resist physical attacks, weak against aero
Ceratosaur   Weak against thunder and aero Potent sliver

Go south to point (2) and you’ll see a giant beast appears before you. Ride it, you’ll see a tutorial about moogle hunt while riding the beast. Take 3 items (8 mana chips, silver bangle, and Librascope) by using moogle hunt to continue your journey.

PS: There is a wild artefact nearby, it’s a little bit hard but you should obtain it to unlock a gate (not needed to be done right now, only for a side quest).

Head south to point (3) and defeat a group of miniflan to obtain your artefact. Backtrack and go to point (4) and fight the mini flan and then take another artefact as reward. You get the artefact you need now.Go to Colisseum (???) first.

Colisseum ??? AF

Tips (Thanks to EGO!):
There are actually 3 more chests on the colisseum map.
All of them are “out” of the map and needs MT to reach them.
They are pretty much next to the northern chest, 1 east of it and 2 to the west from the northern chest.

Use moogle hunt find to discover spherical treasure which contains Colisseum Map. Forward and see an event about arbiter of time. You’ll obtain the only fragment on this area (White Hole Gem). There is 9 power droplets on the north of this area, you need to use moggle throw to obtain them.

Return to Historia Crux and go to Archylte Steppe (???)
