Tiny Monsters Guide Leveling up Tips

Leveling up Tips

level up after 40 is kinda easy on my opinion but after 76… leveling is takes a lot of time.  There are few things you can do to help the process.

[1] Always feed your monsters, giving food is gives quite lot experience, so don’t keep the food too much, immediately feed it and if you don’t have any monsters to feed then, breed any monsters, after you have hatched the monster then sell the old one and feed the monsters from beginning again. Do this tips if you have a lot of food (above 100.000).

[2] For this second tips you need to have 2 (more if you can), this involves buying and selling the habitats. There is no point to keep your coins until it reaches point of too many (says, 100 millions). What habitat that most effective to do this, for that you can see this chart (it’ sorted based on exp/hour).

Habitat LVL Price Cap Max Coins BT(H) EXP EXP/Hour Exp/Gold

Tiny Monsters small Light habitat

From the chart you can see that the most effective habitat is small light (giving habitat is not available right now). The second best is Large air  but you also need to look at it exp/gold ratio which is very poor, so it’s suggested not to use it as leveling up faster method. I recommend you to choose habitats that available for your level. Enjoy and good luck and here is another table sorted based on exp/coins below (just in case you want to see them).

Sorry I just found the right place for my post…

He Noobb, can you please help me with something! I just reached Level 45 but now I can’t buy no more habitats! Got already 40! Will I get more habitats at a certain Level? Or does it stay at 40 maximum? Iam so disappointed I really wanted to get a Special Ice and a Special Electric habitat… And will I be able to buy a new habitat if I delete a old one? Thanks for your answer!!!

  2. basaro says:

Breeding and hatching Light monsters also is a good way to gain XP (if you have nothing better to do). Light monster gives the most XP per hour at 1,050.

  3. Candi Mandi says:

Why does it stop at level 98? I could at least see 100. But it stops right there!

  4. cm25k says:

Hey noob, I have a suggestion.

How about a page for players looking for gifting partners to post their ign? It’s
Hard for me to find players who will consistently gift me back. Would be awesome to have 50 friends who will return the favor!

  5. futrtrubl says:

The second table isn’t sorted by exp/coin, it’s sorted the same as the first table exp/hour.

    • futrtrubl says:

Also the small fire hanitat isn’t sorted correctly.

    • futrtrubl says:

Also also, some info to fill in missing info.
      All from tiny-monsters-guide-habitat-database-tinyco/
      Unlock levels
      Lrg Air: 28
      Lrg Water: 25
      Lrg Earth: 15
      Lrg Electric: 19
      Sml Air: 18
      Lrg Plant: 13
      Lrg Fire: 9
      Special: 12

      Legacy habitat info
      For all legacy Level = 15, BT(H) = 14, Exp = 50400, Exp/Hour = 3600
      Name : Price : Max Coins : Exp/Coin
      Earth : 1596875 : 3500 : 0.031562
      Plant : 1596875 : 2800 : 0.031562
      Ice : 1916250 : 5000 : 0.026301
      Fire : 1916250 : 4500 : 0.026301
      Electric : 2395312 : 8000 : 0.021041

So for exp farming Large Light gives the same Exp/Hour and better Exp/Coin.

  6. Nelson says:

Definitely level 98 is the last one in progress, I have done over 30 small light habitats for experience & no sign of the green line behind the level sign. I had over 450 million coin now I am down to 209 millon. It also lowers your coin count when trying to get Mythic.

  7. Totero says:

I built a small water and a small plant hatched a legendary monster got the legendary rewards then planted like 20 nimbus grapes and sped them up and still did not level up to level 27 when I was already a 1/4 don with the level and the fed my level 5 renewal monster twice and leveled up finally

  8. rob cutler says:

This is a question for noob. Have you ever worked out which monster makes the most exp / hour when you immediately sell the matured egg? I saw the comment about using light monsters since it is only a 5 hour hatching time but I haven’t ever seen any stats about using monster selling except for fire. That would be a great page to add if you could make a list of exp, hatch time and profit. Thanks again for all your work!

    • noobbgodlike says:

HM, I never do that but even if you can find which monster generates most exp, the breeding den is just too important for “exp generation tool”. Better buy and sell habitat if you still have reserved space and capacity. BTW, level is useless IMO you only need to be at level 40-50.

  9. Xenoeclipse says:

Can you do a gold guide because I am struggling with my gold

    • noobbgodlike says:

I don’t have any tips on Gold, You just need to chekc your games frequently and take all the gold.

      • NIN2TheVoid says:

Here’s a guide (in the old “works for me” fashion):

        – Build as many habitats with the largest possible capacity. For the average Joe, that’s large Earth habitats. Build for example, 20 of them.

        – Breed Fire and Earth to get at least two Cinder monsters. Cinders earn a huge amount of coins, are compatible with Earth habitats and are very cheap to turn into adult.

        – 4 Cinder monsters can fill a Large Earth in a little under 20 minutes.

So you get 7500 * 3 = 22.500 coins per Large Earth every hour if you open the game regularly. That’s 450.000 for 20 habitats, or 3.600.000 if you keep it up for 8 hours on a slow day ;)

Why not use even cheaper and/or faster earning monsters on any of the lower capacity habitats? Because if you do NOT check every 20 minutes, you still want to collect a maximum amount of money every time you DO open the game, which only happens with max capacity habitats. Suppose you open the game once every two hours, you could also just use Magma monsters which are a lot cheaper and faster to get an army of. They’d fill the Large Earth habitats easily in less than an hour.

I use 20 of the Haunted House habitats (5 monsters, 9000 coin capacity) filled with mostly Cinders of which 30 are Mythic. Combined with Noob’s leveling guide (buying small light), getting to level 98 was easy. Plenty of money to spare for the Mythic Orb as well, hence the mythic cinders.

        • NIN2TheVoid says:

Forgot to write (but is obvious): you need those initial 2 Cinder monsters to be able to breed Cinders consistently thereafter.

As soon as you land the second Cinder or the second Magma, you’ll have an army in a month. Especially when using diamonds.

        • noobbgodlike says:

Nice tips :). It will sure help a lot of people.

  10. ZombieFreak911 says:

Does anyone know the most efficient crop to grow? Because I have all my farms upgraded and I’m trying to get lots of food since my monsters are needing a lot more now but it is kind of tiresome waiting 1 1/2 days for royal radishes to grow. So I was wondering if there is a different crop that I could use that would give me the most amount of food in the time that it takes to grow a royal radish?

    • noobbgodlike says:

Personally I use 15 minutes -2 hours food.

      • NIN2TheVoid says:

I never use the 2 hour crops since the hour/food balance of the 6 hour crops is not much worse, especially considering you need to replant food religiously to earn more from the 2 hour crops. Either 15 mins (active playing) or 6 hours (work day) for me.

    • DDadsge says:

the lower the time it takes to grow the food, the more food you get for your time, so as noob said, low time food is more efficient. unless you can’t check in every 2 hours, then just take the one which best suits you

    • JDaddyMac says:

I personally will normally do the mushrooms, as long as I will be messing with the game (I would do the broccoli, but I get irritated with how much u have to pay attention to the game in order to make this route more plausable, you’ll make more food, but you’ll be glued to your game). Just try to gauge how long you’ll be away, but I usually won’t do more than a 6hr timer. The amount of money and the timer for anything else is just rediculous.

    • Punisher says:

I go with the 15 minutes when I’m playing long periods of time. Otherwise, I grow 6 hours then go to bed/school and collect when I come back/ wake up.

  11. Limehead says:

Large water just unlocked for me at level 25 (iOS)

  12. Bloodrose says:

Oh my gosh! I just noticed this link. So this is the secret how you all level up so fast? No way! I just figured you all had less busy lives. I am so on to this! Thanks so much for the tips. :)

  13. Tim says:

Breeding and selling light monsters are good way, only five hours breeding/hatching and when you sell the eggs it’s over 10,000 xp

    • noobbgodlike says:

yeah, but I doubt anyone’s breeding den is empty XD. Thanks for the tips though.

    • Emily says:

I start doing this because I have got 95% of monsters but I don’t have enough food to feed them (the light/shadow hybrids and the elders). Don’t have enough space for monsters so don’t want to rebuild habitats. Before I level them up to lvl 10 (so I can move them to the HoC), I’ll breed and sell light to level up! :p

  14. Vin says:

Legacy lands produce in 14 hrs, give you 50400 exp for all I believe. If you have the coin, it is worth it (say 40 mil @ 2 mil a day)

  15. paul says:

I needed to build 12 small light habitats to get through level 80.
It seems each level increases significantly in needed experience points going over 1 million at level 79.
Seems building small light habitat best method to level up.

    • raddad says:

Took 15 small light habitats to get through level 85

      • raddad says:

Took 17 small light habitats to get through level 89

      • Emily says:

Haha! Sounds crazy but understandable. Just curious why you are eager to level up? I mean after a certain level, there is nothing exciting to expect. Gaining one diamond when leveling up is not such a motivation for me. In the large version, one diamond is pathetic. :(

  16. GBOZ says:

Do you get one diamond each time you level up.? Does the reward increase as you move up higher levels? Thx

  17. paul says:

I needed to feed 450000 food to get through level 78

  18. arnold king says:

I am level 98, whatever how many xp I get, just cant get to level 99. Any info on level 99?

  19. Yorky says:

What are those people below (Olivia and Don) talking about?

    • noobbgodlike says:

They talked about my deleted tips, I said that you didn’t get experience if you didn’t hatched the egg, but in reality you still get it ( I am confused between this game and tiny castle)

  20. GBOZ says:

I am level 60. Maxed out for habitats, buildings, expansions.. What level can we have more expansions, habitats etc..? The game gets dull if I cannot add more habitats or expand the island.. Ay comments? Thx

  21. Yorky says:

Can you, please tell me how to cell the eggs before they hatch .I don’t have that option on my Android. Thanks

  22. Luke says:

I have a tip for levelling up, do a breeding frenzy, breed two monsters of the same kind together and sell the egg after you are done, this way you can level up quick even if you a low level and you also earn allot of money.

    • noobbgodlike says:

hmm you only have one breeding den and you should use it to breed the monster that you haven’t have yet. But it’s just me :D

    • Tiny says:

this would be better, keep buying fire egg for 50 then hatch for only 5s and place in habitat, sell for 10 and you will gain +45exp. Now we will do the math for this:

      In 1 minute you can hatch 12 fire eggs: 1min = 60secs; 5s * 12 = 60 secs you’ll gain +540exp in no time!

In about 30 minutes 360 fire eggs: +16200exp that’s counting!

In 1hr/60 minutes 720 fire eggs: results in +32400exp that no any given quests can bonus you!!!

Note: you should have 2 nursery for this which is also helpful when you’re trying to hatch a desired monster, the one of course is for incubating your desired/quests eggs and the one is for this trick, and the cost for the next slot of nursery is for just for only 2 diamonds. :)

Try for yourselves, i’ve been doing this all the time since i’ve just played TinyMonsters, and for only about less than a month and i’ve already reached lvl32! :))

I hope this could be helpful.
Credits to noobbgodlike for this guide and the privilege for sharing this tip and trick.

      • Tiny says:

uhm correction, you will gain the +45 exp when you just placed the egg or monster in the fire habitat. thanks!

      • noobbgodlike says:

THis will do if you have really a lot lot of time and have a lot lot patience XD. But will put this anyway. Thanks for the tips

        • Tiny says:

thanks for appreciating this tip. btw it’s +42exp not +45exp. so it should be: +504exp in 1min, +15120exp in 30mins, and +30240exp in 60mins/1hr. and the selling price of the fire monster is 24coins. im sorry for the corrections. well, you can do this while waiting for the hatching time and breeding time of the other monsters. :D

        • noobbgodlike says:

you’re welcome, and thanks for the fix, it has been fixed now :D

        • Tiny says:

thank you for posting my tip! i will continue to discover some. :)

      • Valerie says:

How do you sell for 10? Mine says 24!

  23. blushbug says:

I don’t agree on the first tip. Not spending real money you will be short on food later and miss out on feeding big scoops of food for big experience. I had 20.000 food because of love farm and it got swallowed by the shadow and water hybrids in a heart beat. For much more experience points than throwing it at mountains and trees earlier in the game though. I suggest you feed wisely, food won’t spoil and you need it soon. Also, always remember to grow 6 and 8 hour foods before you go to bed or out. Keep the farms running busy for experience points and food. Money will not be an issue that much in the later levels. Just my two cents :-)

    • noobbgodlike says:

The 1st tips recommended for a player who have a lot of food (above 100.000; I have 200.000 when I write this guide). Will add it to the guide though :D. Thank you for commenting and make me realize :D.

      • blushbug says:

My view is from level 53 with 49 monsters. So plenty more to breed and feed. Good to know the shortage on food will not last. And great job on the habitat table, I was too lazy to calculate that by myself ;-)

        • noobbgodlike says:

I think the shortage food will become major problem for new players, but if you have gathered a lot of monsters. you’ll get many same monsters so your food will be accumulated :D

  24. Джон says:

Tell me how to remove and open work items?

  25. Olivia says:

small air level 18, large electric lvl 19, lvl 23 (7th farm), lv 16 (6th farm)

  26. Lisa says:

Thanks this very helpful, i am at level 71 and it seems to be taking longer each level.

  27. Skeah says:

Another simple tip would be to hatch all eggs before you sell them, since if you sell them before they hatch you don’t get any xp… I mean you won’t get huge amounts like with the habitat stuff, but every bit helps, right?

  28. Trixie says:

Thank you. My daughter who is just starting to play thanks you too.
